How to install Yandex.Metrica on multiple sites?

I have about 100 sites of distributors of our company.
Some have Yandex metrics, most do not.
Can I somehow automatically add, for example, 50 sites to the Yandex metric and generate counters for them.
PS There are no problems with the automated installation of counters on sites.
