How to install Xtream Path for Illustrator 2015?

I decided to install the Xtream Path plugin (version XtreamPath_E_CC_Win64) on Illustrator 2015. I put
it in the Illustrator/Plug-ins folder.
A socket with tools appeared, but it does not want to work. Gives an error, see below:

What is it missing?

Plugins from cvalley.com need to be downloaded from the official site only their latest version supports Adobe Illustrator CC 2015, this is written on the site cvalley.com

Here, I throw the entire folder on the left into Illustrator / plug-in
(in the right window the right folder is open on which the pointer is)
And off. site like only paid can be downloaded? If not, please post the download link, thanks.
