How to install xenserver on HP prolaint DL360p gen8?

There is a pure HP Proliant DL360p gen8 server. There is a task to install xenServer. When I try to install after selecting the language, I get the error " No network Interfaces : This host does not appear to have any network interfaces" I put the image with the installed ISOs into a virtual CD / DVD ROM (via iLO). I press F9 to automatically search for xen installer drivers. I get the error " No drivers Found: No XenServer compatible drivers where found at the location specified..." Next step I try to install the drivers from the same CD/DVD using the command line pressing "ctrl+f2" I mount the ISO using the command mount -ro loop /dev/sr0 / media/mnt .rpm and .sh files appear in /media/mnt directory I try to install using ./install.sh file but get
./install.sh : line 170: /etc/xensource-inventory: No such file or directory.

Tell me how to solve the problem? ((
