How to install Xapian-full-alaveteli gem and DMSF plugin for Redmine?

When trying to install, the following errors pop up.

All other gems for the plugin installed without problems.
OS - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standart SP1
Redmine Version - 2.4.3
Ruby Version - 2.0.0

Remove OS - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1, install CentOS, Ruby, Redmine and required plugins.

There are clearly problems in the Ruby + Win bundle, and the advice to change the OS does not seem so pointless anymore. It is clear that production and all the cases, and there is practically no opportunity to change the OS. Alternatively, you can still install a virtual machine.
