Actually: How to install WP-CLI on Openserver?
I do:

$ curl -O https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wp-cli/builds/gh-pages/phar/wp-cli.phar

$ chmod +x wp-cli.phar
And then you need to do
$ mv wp-cli.phar /usr/local/bin/wpit but with the path for Openserver
