How to install Windows 7 on a failed drive?

A SMART hard drive has BAD.
Realizing all the risks, I want, nevertheless, to install Windows 7 on it. However, the developers at Microsoft didn't seem to think anyone would need it, so the installer stops the installation when it scans the SMART status, without even offering a "force install" option.
How to bypass it?
Disabling SMART in BIOS does not help.

@SergeyGrigorev

You can try to install it in a virtual machine, and then use special utilities to transfer the virtual machine to a physical hard drive.

@amc

diskpart to create
bcdboot partitions and bootsect to make the disk bootable
imagex to deploy the image.
Well, or use ready-made assemblies image + software (often found with the same Acronis)
