How to install WAMP Server?

Hello. I decided to install WAMP on a netbook. Operating system Windows 7 Starter.
At the end of the installation and when trying to restart, an error occurs: The
Internet is full of solutions to this problem by installing Visual C ++ Redistributable. Zero sense.
I downloaded the DLL separately, the error message changed, WAMP did not start:
In the order of delirium, I tried to convert the letters in the DLL name to uppercase, but this did not help either.
What other options might there be? Thanks for the help.
UPDATE: it was inattention. I did not notice the difference in the names of the libraries "MSVC R 110" and "MSVC P 110". I got rid of the previous two errors, but now a new one:

Just install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) or Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) . You can install both runtimes.
