How to install vuejs?

The first time I try to install the view, I ran into a problem I don’t know how to solve. Versions:
C:\Users\mrgvo\Desktop\createlesson>npm -v
8.5.0

C:\Users\mrgvo\Desktop\createlesson>node -v
v16.14.2

Installed an older version of node.js and it worked.
C:\Users\mrgvo>node -v
v15.14.0
