How to install vue gallery?

I'm using the OptimizeHTML5 assembly for project layout - https://github.com/agragregra/OptimizedHTML-5
I can't connect a vue.js gallery to the project - https://wlada.github.io/vue-carousel-3d/ guide/

Here's what I did:
1) I downloaded the OptimizeHTML5 template files
2) I wrote the npm install command
3) Next I wrote the command
4) I worked a little and realized that I needed a gallery.
5) npm install vue and npm install -S vue-carousel-3d
6) Then again I wrote npm install
