How to install vue component via npm?

I made a vue component for myself and want to use it in my other projects. How can I make it install via npm and pull it via import?
Recommend some tutorials and articles. I tried to search but I seem to formulate the question wrong

Have you heard of npm publish ?
Well , examples of use specifically with vue -- one , two , three , ... thousands of them . In general, googled for you.
