How to install Viber without a smartphone?

It just so happened that financially I still can’t afford a smartphone. How can I install Viber on Xubuntu 18? But so that without emulators (the laptop is ancient, and it just doesn’t pull)? Very necessary for freelancing and family. I would be grateful to those who decide to break their heads over this.

No way, the web and desktop version is completely dependent on the smartphone, even if you have it and it is not available, you will not be able to use this squalor

Try with an android emulator.
Is there a fully virtual phone?
How can you not afford a used smartphone is a mystery.

A couple of years ago, viber was the only application (after Skype, which continues to break ms) that supports video contacts on the desktop, at that time it could still be installed without a smartphone (by receiving SMS on any phone), now this feature has been removed.
it is clear why - a smartphone is an excellent tool for surveillance and user identification.
Take it for granted - if the product is free, then you = the product, and the smartphone is the best technology for selling this (you as) product at the moment.
