How to install via composer Laravel 4 instead of 5?

The composer create-project laravel/laravel --prefer-dist command installs the fifth version, I need to install 4. Or what other solutions are there?

Looking at the documentation , it says:

composer create-project laravel/laravel {directory} 4.2 --prefer-dist
