How to install ubuntu in VirtualBox?

I want to try ubuntu without doing anything with the usual windows(7). I read that this can be done through a virtual machine. I put the car in, I try to install ubuntu on it according to the tutorials, and nothing comes of it.
Where in all the tutorials they start ubuntu from the downloaded image, and they offer to install ubuntu, I get an image of the console, from which nothing can be done, commands cannot be entered, it is simply blocked.
And for some reason the capslock flashes :) What's wrong?

Irina, my question was deleted due to your complaint, but I will still draw your attention again:
after downloading the finished one, you can run it and then rearrange it if you so desire,
or immediately clearly see the reasons why you can’t run it
. you could have solved your problem an hour ago

I installed recently here according to this instruction paratapok.ru/os/3157_kak-ustanovit-ubuntu-na-virtu... Everything is considered in sufficient detail (clear screenshots at each installation step). If you read carefully, some of the nuances of the installation are indicated.
