How to install Ubuntu 18.04 with encryption on two drives?

Good afternoon! The question is this: there are two disks in the system (ssd + hdd), when choosing an installation with encryption, the system installs and encrypts one disk and there are no additional settings options for this.
I so understood that in this case manually it is necessary to mark sections.
How it is necessary to mark disks so that there are no errors?
UPD
At the moment there is no option in the Ubuntu installer (18.04) to install with encryption of 2 or more disks, only one.
Therefore, if anyone needs to encrypt several disks, you must
1. select the installation with the encryption option
(one disk, if without encryption at all, it will add dances with a tambourine later)
2. encrypt an additional disk / and after installation, for example, according to the manual Manual
