How to install Tomcat 9 in IDEA Communiti 2017.1 on Windows?

Hello! I can't find Application server in Idea which is in setting in all tutorials
Maybe something has changed? Previously, it seemed to be possible to select and add Tomcat to Edit Config
by setting it via setting. How to be? Thank you!

If I'm not mistaken, the Community version does not support web development. You need ultimate IDEA. Here is more about their differences:
