Installed on the virtual machine VirtialBox 4.3.26 Win2008R2, an image from DreamSpark. UTC time +3:00 16.01 and on the real one an hour earlier - 15.01. What does it depend on?

Are the updates worth it? If everything, then try this: set the time zone format: UTC (time in UTC format), reboot, and restore the correct one, your zone. This helped me.
