How to install tensorflow and tf-tf-nightly?

When installing tensoflow, here is the error:

ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensoflow

And when installing tf-hightly like this:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tf-nightly (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tf-nightly

Tell me what to do.
I read on the Internet, they write that this is because of the version of python. I have it 3.8, was 3.7 could not find 3.6 installed 3.8, if there is, please send the python3.6 installation file.
