apparently this is a java application
on github, but there is an instruction

apt install openjdk-8-jre
wget http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/swagger/swagger-codegen-cli/2.2.0/swagger-codegen-cli-2.2.0.jar -O swagger-codegen-cli.jar
java -jar swagger-codegen-cli.jar help
