How to install SQL Server if there is no space?

There is a very weak virtual machine on which 10 GB of storage is allocated. SQL Server requires 9 GB during installation. How to install it if there is already less space on the drive?

No way. Almost. You can make an installation on a more powerful machine, make an image and run it on a new one with fewer resources. Only such resources are not enough for the normal operation of MSSSQL is not enough
