How to install sentinel package on laravel 5.4?

There was a problem, I can’t install the package through the composer, and with the command
php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Cartalyst\Sentinel\Laravel\SentinelServiceProvider"

Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Nothing to install or update
Generating autoload files
> Illuminate\Foundation\ComposerScripts::postUpdate
> php artisan optimize
Generating optimized class loader
The compiled services file has been removed.
