I'm trying to install ruby ​​on windows from the site .
It installs, but when installing rails and squlite, it gives errors to the console and I can not find clear answers.
I tried to treat with the methods that I found on Stackoverflow, but the answer from the installation command is still the same.
Error words:

If I'm not mistaken, you need to update the list of trusted certificates in the .pem files and something related to the libssl version.
I understand that an old version of Ruby is being used.
