How to install python 3.7 on debian linux?

costs debian 9.4 stable version.
For the first time, it was possible to install the 3.7 interpreter from the off site. I even wrote the version in the terminal and could use it from the terminal. Wanted to install pyCharm - but he didn't see the latest version, only 3.5 and 2.7.
Then, for another problem, I reinstalled the system and decided to download Python again, but then a lot of errors rained down that didn’t exist at that time, some difficulties in installation, and so on. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Please indicate the instructions for installing the latest version specifically for debian! Nothing helps on the Internet, make errors and so on... Make test errors too.
And yes, in the future I want to write either in pyCharm or something else. doesn’t even see 3.7? (couldn’t open applications for them, only 3.5 was everywhere, but then 3.7 was written in the terminal) Can they score on this?

Can't build Python 3.7 from official sources?
And check if there is in PATH ~/.local/bin
