How to install programs by list in chocolatey?

Didn't find any meaningful information. How can I create a list of packages to install so that I can simply run it
and install all the programs I need?
Similar to composer, npm. I understand that in principle it is possible to write a script, but damn it, it should just be decided by the list in theory.
