When you run the Prepros * file, the program starts, but I would like to install it on the system.
And when you run the ru.pak file from the locales directory, an error appears: The file “/home/alexander/Downloads/Prepros-linux-64/locales/ru.pak” could not be opened.

1) None. This is not an installation package, but just an archive. Unpack wherever you want and run. You can add the path to the PATH environment variable
2) ru.pak is not an executable file, but a localization file. By definition, it won't run. In addition, the size of the localization files in the archive is 0, that is, the files themselves are there, but there are no localizations
