Please tell me how you solved the problem. Technical support of the CPA network clearly cannot explain anything. They say that the link api.leads.su/advertiser/conversion/createUpdate?to... should be placed on the side of our CRM system, but amocrm is not friendly with a postback.
Can you tell me where you posted your link? In the CRM or somewhere else?
