How to install PL7, the development environment for TSX Micro controllers from Schneider?

Has anyone used in their practice a specialized development environment PL7 for writing firmware for PLC?
I tried to run the installation under different Windows OS - up to NT. I get the error ERROR_BAD_FORMAT as a result.
Maybe the problem is in the PL7 distribution itself? I looked for its different variations, the result is the same - ERROR_BAD_FORMAT.

In general, the task boils down to the following: 32-bit editions of venda up to 7 are supported, the path to the folder in which the installation files of this IDE are located must not contain Cyrillic characters.
You never know, someone will come in handy at work ...
