How to install Pip for Python 3.10?

I have Python 3.9 installed on my system (Manjaro), I installed Python 3.10 from the repository, it works.
Now I need to install, for example, Rich. How can I do this if it python3.10 -m pipreturns /usr/bin/python3.10: No module named pip?
