How to install php-libxml in Bitrix VM, which is required when installing a module from the Marketplace?

I'm trying to install a module from the Marketplace in Bitrix, it gives me the following:

The module requires an installed and active php-libxml extension

The site is running on the official BitrixVM, all settings are by default, nothing has been touched

How to install the required extension?
