How to install phoenix third OS? It costs manjar and Windows, how to install it so that grub sees it? I tried to install it in Linux, it didn’t work out, it writes detecting phoenix ... found at boot and reboot

The simplest option - each system is placed in its own section (then they definitely do not conflict). Next, you need to install the boot manager - you can install it in MPR / GPT; or you can boot Windows (copy the initial sector of the partition to a file, specify this file in boot.ini).

You need to take newer ones from the OS website, otherwise everything is relevant during the installation process...
