I downloaded 2 archives, the framework itself from github and the php_phalcon.dll file, threw the framework into the root folder of PHP version 5.6, and threw the dll file into the same folder, found the ini file, and set extension=php_phalcon.dll in the php.ini file, but I get an error: Class 'Phalcon\Loader' not found in C:\OpenServer\domains\www.root.ru\index.php on line 6, how can I fix this?

It is necessary not to throw in the root folder, but in the ext folder.
