How to install packages on ubuntu 16.04?

Hello. Just switched from Windows to Ubuntu. The version is 16.04 x86_64.
And I can't install any package. I tried to install docker, and nothing was installed.
Already did sudo apt-get update, and still nothing ...
Here is the result of apt-get update.

try another repository to slip.

Nothing will install without sudo.
