How to install old versions of Apache, PHP, PgSQL on old CentOS 5.4?

Greetings!
Prompt, please, to solve one problem:
There was an urgent need to recreate the architecture of the server (RHEL 5.4 + Apache 1.3.41 + PHP 4.4.9 + PostgreSQL 5.4). Instead of RHEL 5.4, they said to use CentOS 5.4, because their architecture is very similar, but the latter is completely free.
The situation is aggravated by the fact that there is very, very little experience with Linux. The maximum that I did was to install the latest version of Apache + PHP + MySQL on the latest version of Debian, everything is quick and easy using apt. You could say it's a matter of minutes.
And here, you need to compile and install from source. It is not clear with what parameters, it is not clear in what sequence, there is no normal full-fledged manual. There are only separate "pieces" that cannot be "connected" together.
Thank you very much in advance!

CentOS 5.4? Not CentOS 4.4? in version 5.4 is already much older.
PHP4.* 4.x still has it. While postgre and apache are pretty much above
vault.centos.org/4.3/os/i386/CentOS/RPMS

@iDoka

use yum instead of apt on CentOS.
All versions are in the repositories.
