How to install Okay CMS on your computer?

I decided to try OkayCMS Lite and install it on my computer (local server Wampserver 64). Installed, but with various errors, both on the site and the admin panel. Tell me what you need to additionally configure for OkayCMS Lite before installation? More interested in Wampserver.

I didn’t find any information on my problem anywhere on the Internet, on the official website they gave step-by-step instructions (I followed it and did it) https://okay-cms.com/article/kak-ustanovit-okaycms... but only for hosting. I did some settings on the WAMP Server https://selenium2.ru/articles/80-installing-wamp-s... did not bring any results. Problem with screenshots:
For example, Opencart and Wordpress install without problems. I don't even know what else to do. Does anyone use this CMS? is it worth considering at all?
