How to install lxml on python 3.4?

I want to install lxml on Python 3.4, but I can't find a normal exe file anywhere.
At the office project page latest version for Python 3.2 only. I tried to install it, there is no backward compatibility.
What do you advise?

take here
changed the file extension
check pip version
pip --version
