How to install libgdal1 (postgis)?

Third day trying to install Postgis on Debian. One and the same error:

[email protected]:~# apt-get install postgresql-9.5-postgis-2.2
Incoming.

[email protected]:~#

Googled, but did not find a solution. What I've already tried:
Upgrading Debian from 7.8 to 8.3
Trying different versions of Postgresql and postgis Trying
to separately install libgdal
Not much software is installed on the server itself: nginx, mysql, mc, php5.6, php-fpm, exim4: everything else is standard. Reinstalling the entire system is the last option. The server is working, even at night.
What can be done with this, in which direction to google?

You are doing something wrong.
First, Postgresql 9.5 is still in beta and is not recommended. Install 9.4 Most likely, the dependencies will be fixed when you install 9.4.
Secondly, where do you install postgre from? It is clear that from turnips, from which? Show the connection string of this turnip. There is no version 9.5 in the Debian stable branch => a third-party rap is connected. Turn it off and just install

aptitude install postgresql-9.4 postgresql-9.4-postgis-2.1
