How to install less preprocessor in Brackets editor?

Good afternoon, colleagues! I do web development. I use the Brackets editor - I really like it and don't want to give it up. I decided to develop using the less preprocessor. I know how to work with less (courses on less in HTMLAcademy), but I can't find the sequence of setting it to brackets. I know that a node server is required, but it is already built into Brackets.
I'm interested in:
* Which of the less extensions is better to choose
* How to install it (not just chose and installed it in the extension manager, but a complete sequence of actions with all kinds of settings, add-ons and other nuances that affect the level of happiness)?
* How to connect it to projects (what files should be in the project architecture, where to get them)
* How css/less files are compiled.
Huge respect and an incredible level of respect to everyone who helped!
Thank you!

I don’t know how it is in brackets (I have Sublime)
when I worked with less, I only set code highlighting, emmet and manually compiled here (like an idiot constantly dragging code back and forth)
Now that I have raised my qualifications a bit (without any courses, since any information is available for free on the Internet: there are thousands of bourgeois videos on working with anything - I work with the stylus preprocessor and compile using the gulp collector - it automatically does everything, I don’t even need to do anything: you save the file, and the collector already he does all the routine himself. It should also work with less, so you just need to immediately deal with the assemblers (there are several of them, you need to choose which one is interesting)
I advise you not to
linger on less for a long time, since its capabilities are scarce for large projects in front of retina displays), creates styles for each picture, and you just need to substitute a variable in the right place
