Download from here www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/j...
archive jdk-8u131-linux-i586.tar.gz
Unpack and you will be happy.
In general, as I understand it, there is no 32-bit version for Debian. jdk-8u131-linux-i586.tar.gz downloaded, unpacked, but java does not start from there. Writes "-bash: ./java: No such file or directory"
