How to install emet?

Can't set emmet to brackets. Yesterday at home it was installed on my laptop, today it is not installed at work for the worker. More than one plugin is not installed through the install button, everything was installed via install from url, except for emmet. Here is the link I use https://github.com/emmetio/brackets-emmet . Hello, when you open the extension manager in brackets, it appears that it is impossible to connect to the extension directory. What could be the problem? Available is empty. Unable to install emmet.
