How to install drivers for Intel i219V network card?

Good day,
I assembled a PC, installed Debian. Previously, there were no problems with the network card, but it appeared on the new PC.
Network interface: Gigabit Ethernet
Network controller: Intel i219V
When installing the OS, I did not find a network card, I continued without it in the hope of installing it later, but it wasn’t there ...
I downloaded the driver - link
But it didn’t work out according to the instructions. Since there is no make install. And yes, the instructions don't match at all.

@StivinKing

In general, the guys from the Telegram channel of Debian helped to solve the problem.
Connect via USB to Android and thereby distribute the Internet.
After that, use this instruction - the link
Perform an update:
Reboot and it works

You can and even need to download the source. But you will have to pick the build process yourself - read the Debian guides, consult ...
