How to install dll-drivers in Linux?

Good time, habryans.
I had a difficult task: I have a Raspbery Pi model B+. There is a microSD with Raspbian installed. You need to put drivers on a specific piece of hardware so that you can work with it. But the driver is available only in the form of dll. Windows IoT is not installed on this Pi model.
Actually, the question itself is how to put these drivers on Raspbian?

A driver is such a specific thing that it is written specifically for a specific OS.

No way.
Drivers are an extremely specific thing, although in FreeBSD I remember there was a project to install either linux or windows drivers for network cards ... But directly firewood from Windows never got up in linux - maybe later, someday, when wine will be so cool ...
