How to install csscomb in eclipse?

Please help with installing csscomb plugin in eclipse.
Preferably step by step. If there are alternatives, I'd love to hear them.
Ps the option in the comment did not pass, apparently there are few brains :(

- download the plugin for Notepad++
- extract the csscomb.php file from it
- write a bat file like this: php.exe csscomb.php "%1" (the path to php must be entered in the PATH variable)
- in Eclipse in Run→External tools→ Configuration create an external utility launch (as described in the link)

There are versions for Textmate, Coda and IntelliJ IDEA/WebStorm. But Eclipse is still ignored.
