When creating a project, I get such a window
and how do I configure the compiler and debugger for qt

Install mingw64, preferably msys2 (this is the command shell for mingw). And use the compiler and debugger included with it. For msys2, you will need to install gcc separately through its package manager, but this is really better than naked mingw.
