How to install Cobbler?

After installing Cobbler (On a clean machine. aptitude install cobbler) Apache stopped working (asks to specify ServerName) tried to specify (both in apache2.conf and in ./site-enable/000-default.conf) both local ip and localhost and ip in LAN, but then apache just won't start (no error)
In service apache2 status
Starting Apache httpd web server apache2
Action 'start' failed.
error.log writes configuration failed
What to do? where to dig?
