How to install Clover on HDD?

I've been trying to install El capitan on an asus n56vb for a couple of days. I installed it
from a USB flash drive, now how can I make it run without it?
I put this clover in ufi, efi and huefi (I would like to know what else I’m doing)
In general, it doesn’t work, it was a couple of times at the beginning there was a clover on the HDD, but the captain didn’t start, now it’s reinstalled on a new one, it’s loaded from the clover to the USB flash drive. I take out the flash drive, only the bios is loaded and that's it.
