How to install c++ linter for Sublime Text?

The c++ code compiles and works with no problems, but I can't get the linter to work, it doesn't output or show anything. I turned on the debug mode and saw this in the console:

I use Windows 7
How to solve this?

You need to install clang. If installed, then register it in PATH
