How to install Browsersync?

Good day!
Browsersync is not installed.
I installed the latest NodeJS, I enter the command npm install -g browser-sync into the console, but it freezes at this moment (see screenshot).
Please advise how to deal with this problem.

Allowed. The problem was in two prescribed paths for the TEMP variable.

Install not globally, but locally? To the project.

npm install browser-sync gulp --save-dev
