How to install ARM Android on QEMU?

Hello! I tried to install Android on VMWare, but some applications work fine, some crashes, and some do not start at all. I began to figure it out and found out that you can’t run ARM applications on x86 android. I was advised to install ARM android on QEMU and I decided to use pure android with root rights. But the question is how to install such an android on a QEMU emulator in full emulation mode and then supplement it with KQEMU and KVM plugins? And if this is not possible, then please tell me how to at least install TWRP on QEMU ?!
Ps: Why do you need this (why do you need this) (for what)
Pps: Thank you very much in advance for your answer!!!

Use the emulator from Android Studio as an option.

install an ARM android on QEMU ... how to install such an android on a QEMU emulator ... and then add KQEMU and KVM plugins?

No way. KQEMU has been dead for 10 years already, KVM accelerates only virtual machines with the same architecture as the host, i.e. x86(_64) to x86_64, ARM + KVM needs an ARM host.

In theory, Android should also exist for * 86 processors.
And applications for it - d.b. in bytecodes, i.e. not tied to the processor.
