How to install android driver for usb debugging mode?

Hello.
Unable to install drivers for usb debugging mode on android system.
The device is a Sony Xperia V with Android 4.3, the PC is running Windows 7 Home Premium.
Information about the phone in the device manager. There it is defined as "portable device".

I downloaded the latest adb drivers from google, installed them manually, and the picture is this:

ADB does not see the phone.

Windows does not allow updating drivers, referring to the fact that all the best is already worth it.

If you delete them, then when you reconnect the device, Windows will immediately start installing all the same drivers again.
Unable to disable automatic driver installation. In the home version of the OS, it is only possible to disable autoloading them from the auto-update service, which I did. Installed gpedit.msc, where there should have been an item to prohibit the automatic installation of the device, but it was not there.
You can connect a phone with debug mode turned off, and then turn it on. In device manager, the list is updated, but nothing new appears in it.
I faced this problem of installing drivers for a long time when I installed custom recovery. At the same time, the phone was also not detected, apparently due to the lack of drivers. In vain I tried to fix something, but it turned out to be easier to use someone else's machine, where the driver got up at once as it should. Now I still want to overcome the problem, because debugging android applications on an emulator is inconvenient, it would be much more pleasant to do this on a real device.
Thank you in advance for your help.

@Riodevista

I solved the problem like this:
Settings -> Xperia -> USB connections -> USB connection mode -> Storage mode (MSC).
True, the memory card can no longer be used during debugging.

Download the full Flashtool installation package ( link ). Along with it there is a set of drivers for connecting the phone in debug mode. It is located in the "drivers" directory with the program itself, "Flashtool-drivers.exe". Run this installer in Windows Vista compatibility mode and install "Flashmode drivers", "Fastboot drivers" and drivers for your specific phone model. You do not pay attention to all requests that the drivers do not have a digital signature and agree to the installation.
