How to install and use opencart with composer?

Can throw to dock or an example. I installed opencart using composer, it is now in the vendor package, if I go to /vendor/opencart/opencart/upload/index.php I suspect that it will deploy there.
For example, in yii there is a command for creating an application .. but how is everything going on here? did not find information..
