How to install and run liferay on windows?

Good afternoon,
I want to understand liferay, I found information on the Internet that it can somehow be put on windows, but I can’t find information on how to do it. Does anyone have experience, please advise.

Everything is simple. Since you have windows, download Java SDK at least 7, download liferay. Then you create a JAVA_HOME variable in Windows (Google to the rescue), then you scratch into the directory with the unpacked liferay, there you find the Catalina directory, in my opinion. Shift + RMB, open a command window, write startup.bat in it.
If everything is prepared correctly, there will be a profit and Liferay seems to be on port 8080.
